Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the field of Regulatory Affairs. In this role, you will support international medical device manufacturers in navigating EU regulatory requirements and gaining access to the European market. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and authorities, you will play a key role in coordinating regulatory activities while ensuring excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for coordinating regulatory activities and providing customer support in close collaboration with internal colleagues, international clients, and authorities.
- You support manufacturers from non-EU countries with regulatory questions and tasks related to acting as a European Authorized Representative, helping them gain access to the EU market while ensuring comprehensive customer support.
- You actively participate in trade fairs and customer events to maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients.
- You ensure comprehensive customer support, particularly regarding regulatory matters and contractual issues. In addition, you take on project-related tasks.
Requirements
- You have very good German and English language skills.
- You have completed a degree in medical engineering, natural sciences, or have a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Product Safety.
- You are confident in using MS Office and CRM systems and demonstrate a high level of responsibility.
